exclusive enjoyment of the reserving party.

Effective for the 2008 season the site fee includes exclusive use of the

grounds and dining facilities for the day.

Seating for intimate weddings and receptions for 100 people with
possibility of some increased number. |

The wedding and reception are all outside in the garden overlooking
the beautiful pond and flowers. |

All food is served buffet style in an informal but elegant manner. |
| Wedding Rehearsal |
Site Fee includes a separate one hour rehearsal time prior to the
wedding. |
| Facilities |
A changing room for the bride can be arranged. |
| Music |
CD deck and speaker systems are provided at no additional cost or
you may bring your own system. The gazebo is also wired for CD's or live
musicians. |
| Wine and Champagne |
A selection of wines and champagne is available. If you wish to
provide your own there is a corkage fee of $15.00 per 750 ML. Beer can
be pre-ordered if desired. Our license does not permit hard liquor. |
| Extras |
Chairs for the wedding are
not included.
Chairs, tables, silverware,
place settings are included in the site fee at no additional cost. There
is no cake cutting charge. |

List for Wedding Cakes, Flowers, Room Accommodations, Tents,
Photographers, Disc Jockeys or Musicians, and Housing. |
| Transportation |
Motor coach service to provide transportation for wedding guest is
becoming increasingly popular. We can provide additional information for
you to evaluate this convenient and safe way to provide worry free
transportation for your guests. A list of motor coach operators offering
wedding service is available upon request. |
